Len Clarke

Founded in early 2003, RACENOW Japan specializes in relationship management, sponsorship acquisition and full English media services to a range of Japanese and international partners involved in Japanese motorsport. Focusing mainly on the JGTC (the All-Japan Grand Touring Car championship), RACENOW Japan is uniquely positioned to provide the vital link for international teams, drivers, manufacturers and commercial partners for success in this highly attractive and growing sector.

A 15-year resident of Tokyo, Len previously worked in the marketing and promotion of a variety of FMCG, including introducing North American rock music acts to Japanese record labels. In a career that also includes real estate and service to Tokyo's expatriate community, Len has seen the city through a variety of guises over the last decade and a half. Coming from an education in Commercial Music, Len's first position in Tokyo was in broadcasting, where he worked as an on-air radio personality (DJ) his first two years in the city.

Thomas R. Zengage was previously CEO and a principal shareholder of IBI Inc., Japan's pioneering investor relations and public relations agency. Mr. Zengage ultimately sold IBI to LSE traded WPP Group plc, and subsequently as Representative Director managed IBI's merger with Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. Thomas R. Zengage also served as Chairman & Representative Director of the Japan subsidiary of Edelman Public Relations, the world’s leading independent PR agency. He established a high level strategic communications consultancy, Pacific Communicators, to specialize in high level consultancy in public relations, public affairs, crisis and issues management, and key influencer engagement. Writing in Japanese, Mr. Zengage is the author of the book Sore Demo Yen No Seiki (Tokyo: Kodansha), which contains an analysis of the long term factors driving Japan's economy.
