Alfonse De Dios is currently CEO at Telos Media Works, Ltd. which focuses on purpose-driven capability building in the field of media and communications. Previously Alfonse spent 14 years with Procter & Gamble (P&G), most recently serving as Associate Director, Media and Communications, P&G Greater China from 2001 to 2009. He has created shows with some of the country's largest and most innovative broadcasters, such as CCTV, Hunan Satellite TV and Beijing TV. At the same time, Alfonse helped P&G expand into new areas such as branded content and digital media, turning China into what he called a "learning lab in an ecosystem of providers and platforms to build more meaningful consumer relationships." He currently resides in Beijing.

Before coming to China, Michael created advertising programs and sponsorships for the European Football Cup, London Olympic bid, Sony Tropfest in Sydney & “Schoolie’s Week” on the Gold Coast with Screen Media and OTN. Prior to being a facilitator of branded entertainment, Michael worked as an artist agent, founding MJ entertainment which negotiated contracts on behalf of touring artists for the Hennessey Artistry program and Anchor beer. Michael also has media advertising expertise helping launch the largest LED network China has seen which was sold to the Tulip group. Michael learnt that he was passionate about writing and entertainment as he cut his teeth as a young reporter in the sports room at Channel 9 in Sydney.
