Kyle Sun is the COO and Pioneer of Visual Orient Ltd. (VOL). VOL is a hotel and restaurant consultant and management company. VOL currently holds Bar Rouge, Sens and Bund, Tan-Wai-Lo Cantonese restaurant in Bund18 and Family Li Imperial Cuisine, T Sens in Huang-Pu Park. With 100% Taiwanese investment, VOL has become a well known hospitality management company in Asian market, especially as Bar Rouge has been in the international limelight since the end of year 2004. Bar Rouge was voted Shanghai's Best Bar of the year in 2005, 2006 and 2008.

The VOL Hotel was opened in 2008 as a small size business hotel, located in the entrance of World Expo Pu-Dong. Mr Sun has more recently focused on bar and club development in the major world cities in the the Asia and Middle East regions.

Born in Taipei, Kyle graduated with a degree in Casino Hotel Management and Marketing from UNLV (University of Nevada, Las Vegas) in the United States. After graduating, Sun worked for the legendary Mirage Casino Hotel in their marketing department, and followed this up with winning the Employee of the month award from Pacific Islands Club (PIC), Saipan in the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Island (CNMI).
Returning to Taiwan in the year of 1997, his experience earned him a job at The Landis Hotel Taichung Taiwan: a job that cultivated and honed his all-round skill set, contributing to the success of The Landis, Pou-Chen Group International - Reebok Division and other corporations.

Residing in Shanghai since 2002, Mr Sun has been frequently interviewed by National and International TV news programs and major magazines throughout the F&B industry and Business Management.

In 2003, she moved to China to found the 4 IN GROUP- Brand Consulting.
Cheng specializes in creative branding and integrated marketing/PR programs, assisting multinational companies with their entry into Asia as well as assisting local brands with market launches, and has been acclaimed by major media in Taiwan, China & overseas as one of the leading creative brand marketing specialists in Asia. She is also a frequent speaker at Branding/ PR conference in China.
