Keiko Kikuta was born 1970, in Nagano Prefecture. She graduated from Kawamura Junior College and later joined Japan Tobacco Incorporated in 1991. In 1992, Kikuta began at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. She also graduated from Japan Food-coordinator School in 2000. In 2000 she went to study in France and acquired the Diploma of Ecole Ritz Escoffier(PARIS).

Keiko Kikuta

Keiko Kikuta was born 1970, in Nagano Prefecture. She graduated from Kawamura Junior College and later joined Japan Tobacco Incorporated in 1991.

In 1992, Kikuta began at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. She also graduated from Japan Food-coordinator School in 2000. In 2000 she went to study in France and acquired the Diploma of Ecole Ritz Escoffier(PARIS). She also took the Cours Civilization Française de la Sorbonne(PARIS) in 2001.

On her return to Japan, while she was engaged as a food coordinator, she discovered the charm and beauty of Furoshiki as the table coordination and/or wrapping and she hence opened the Specialty shop of Furoshiki in Kagurazaka, Tokyo in 2007.

Kikuta's qualifications include: Cheese Professional, Food coordinator, Sommelier
Her other interests include Cooking, (Special interest in the marriage of wine and cuisine) and the traditional Japanese tea ceremony.
