William Burgos joins us today to enlighten us on what is Moodle and what makes Moodle so special? William was born and raised in New York and came to Japan in 1991. He worked as a business communication trainer until he founded Burgos Associates, Ltd. In 2003. Looking for ways to develop distance learning programs for his clients, his company formed a division, Manabu3, and became associated with Moodle, Pty, Ltd. as a Moodle Partner for the region of Japan offering official Moodle related services.
