Steve Brown
President, ZergSoft K.K.

Steve Brown graduated with high honors from UC Santa Barbara in California with high honors in business economics, where he was also a member of the UCSB cycling team. After graduation, he worked for 2 years as an investment banker in Santa Barbara and then moved to northern California where he worked as a bank loan officer for 2 years. 

He moved to Nagoya Japan in 1991 and studied Japanese for 3 years. After that, he worked for Cannondale Japan in Osaka for 2 years doing financial planning and forecasting. During this time he began working with various networks and database systems. 

In 1997 he left Cannondale to return to Nagoya and start Web Art Japan (now Zergsoft). In this role he has done everything from system design and programming to strategic planning and hiring. Currently, Steve spends most of his time in marketing, hiring and strategic planning.

He is also active in the Chubu chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce where he is currently serving as the chairman of the Independent Business Committee.
