Shan Phillips is VP, Asia Business Development for Nielsen Mobile. Previously he headed the Client Service team for Nielsen Mobile’s largest customer and had a product management position leading the Mobile Test business unit. Shan honed his business development skills through advising on Asia wireless ventures in Shanghai with Cooper & Lybrand. Shan had his undergraduate degree in math/computer science from University of California, Berkeley and his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
