Currently Richard manages a class of 193 MBA students at CEIBS, assigned to a 1 year project based course called Sustainability and Responsible Leadership. Students (in teams of 6) have chosen over 25 issues to research, in 3 months will begin a partnership with an external organization, and in April 2010 will submit their business plans.
