Company founder and director, Ran Fridman, was born in Kiev, Ukraine and studied in Yeshiva in Israel. He later immigrated to the United States. Later again he made aliya. In recent years he moved his young family to Shanghai to start his business venture.

Now with more than 50 trained staff members throughout China, ChinaHelp24 promises that clients needs will be met promptly and in a professional manner but Ran believes the success of his company is the small details.

He plans to use that same model to open VietnamHelp24.com, CambodiaHelp24.com, HongKongHelp24.com and JewishHelp24.com this year providing the same type of comprehensive and reliable service.
