
Ramona Yan is currently managing Hewitt Associates' consulting practice in Eastern China. Prior to this role, she was the General Manager of Hewitt's Guangzhou branch.
Ms. Yan's areas of expertise range from HR strategy development, change management, performance management, leadership development, to compensation across different industries. Her recent clients include Bank of China, Agriculture Bank of China, Southern Fund Management Company, Shenzhen Water Group, China Merchant Bank, Neusoft, China Netcom, and Vanke, Walmart, Nevia, BASF, Boehringer Ingelheim, Emerson, InBev, KPMG, Yantian International Terminal.
Yan holds a B.A. in International Relations from Foreign Affairs College in Beijing and an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
