Naoko Tsubaki began her career in the online space in 2004 as an account executive with Cyberagent, Inc., the largest internet agency in Japan. In the same year, Naoko started "Tryal.net", a cosmetic sampling and advertising project, as a result of winning the first grand prix of business plan contest organized by Cyberagent, Inc.
In 2005, Naoko started cybozu.net Inc., the largest business publisher portal in Japan of which she is the current Chief Executive Officer.
cybozu.net Inc is a subsidiary of Cyberagent, Inc. and Cybozu, Inc, the largest groupware company in Japan.
