Mary Rezek has a passion for people development. She is an accomplished coach, advisor, and facilitator having shared her knowledge, talent and insight with more than 9500 individuals from over 23 countries during the last 18 years. She is the founder and principal consultant of Saatori, a boutique consultancy that specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and corporate dynamics. Saatori delivers memorable executive coaching, leadership development and corporate learning experiences that create value for their clients.
 
Relocating to China from the United States in 1998, Mary worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Beijing and Shanghai. Prior to founding Saatori, she was Organizational Consultant for Microsoft Asia Pacific and Greater China. Mary maintains a strong relationship with Microsoft and continues to assist them in their global executive and leadership development programs as a private consultant and preferred provider.
 
Her diverse industry and geographical expertise provides a potent blend of eastern and western processes and practices that enable her to navigate most cultural boundaries. From her base in Shanghai, China, Mary retains clients throughout China, India, South East Asia, Europe and North America.
 
In her spare time, Mary is an avid traveller and a keen motorbike enthusiast.
