
“If you get into Media, just as if you get in to any other field, you should know why you are getting into it.” Dr. Mark Ceolin said. He joins us today to share his deep insight about media field, and his fascinating experiences of working in Chinese media. The reason Mark is in the field that he’s in, it’s because he has stories that he want to tell. So there’s real reason for him to learn the technology to express the idea he has. In China, Mark has created partnerships with a number of prestigious cultural organizations, culminating in co-productions in the fields of television and live entertainment. Successful collaborations have also been developed with the Shanghai Theatre Academy, the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, the Shanghai International Arts Festival and Fringe Shanghai for which Mark is a founding director.
Mark is the founder of Red Gate International. He oversees and leads Red Gate International's business initiatives in China. Currently, Red Gate is working with Shanghai television, Shaanxi Television, and with a number of international motion picture companies active in China.
