
John Moore is Director of Source International in Tokyo and is responsible for marketing, training, and the corporate and individual retreats for the company's staff in Japan. In addition, John is also the Training Director for the Paul Newman Kids Foundation in Japan which is a summer camp for terminally ill children in Miyakojima, Japan. John believes that "customer contract delivers the true essence of every brand" and has 27-years of brand building experience including 15-years in Japan. Prior to his current position, John held management positions in Cosmo Communications Tokyo (80 staff and sales of US$95 million); Patagonia Outdoor Clothing (where in two years he grew the organization from $12million in losses to $50million in revenues); and other marketing organizations including Bozell Japan Advertising, Dentsu Advertising, Inc, Bozell Advertising (New York), Spalding Advertising (London) and Thomson Advertising (London).
