
A native of Portland, Oregon, John Duley has lived and worked in Japan for more than 22 years. After graduating from Willamette University in 1987, he received a scholarship to attend an advanced Japanese program at Tokyo International University. His career has included work with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, MCIWorldCom, Level 3, and ValueCommerce. In 1994 John was a co-founder of one of the first Internet Service Providers in Japan, Cyber Technologies International, and has been focused on Internet and technology businesses ever since. Currently Managing Director of Advantage 24 K.K., John is focused on bringing Cloud Computing to Japan and Asia.
