Ed Dean relocated to Shanghai in June 2003 following 5 years of branding / digital / marketing research experience in London including working as a Research Executive at MHA Qualitative Research Agency and as an Account Manager at Zinc and DMBB/ Arc Worldwide. In 2004 he co-founded iqi, which gathers a team of marketing professionals combining Chinese experience with international expertise, and JETT|Customer experience in Shanghai which is the leading customer experience consultancy in China with offices in multiple cities serving clients across the country and Hong Kong.
