Dr. Will Loeffler has decades of experience in many fields: thirty two years of experience in laboratory and field analysis of materials and processes, over twenty six years of experience conducting statistical studies, company turnarounds, and quality/productivity/cost audits in various industries, over thirty years of experience training teachers and managers in group process (teambuilding) techniques, and over twenty five years facilitating international partnering, global sourcing, and lean manufacturing and service solutions.

He served the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Writer, Auditor, Examiner, and Trainer of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award during the launch of the Award in the first three years. He has been awarded as a Diplomate Fellow Board Certified Forensic Examiner (B.C.F.E.) of American Board of Forensic Examiners’ as well as a Diplomate Fellow Board Certified in Forensic Medicine (B.C.F.M.), which recognized individual achievement of proficiency in a variety of topics, procedures, ethical standards, also, the expertise in the fields of chemistry, medicine, engineering, psychology, etc.

Dr. Will Loeffler has facilitated the implementation of quality management systems using the Baldrige, Deming, Ishikawa, Feigenbaum, Juran, Crosby, Kaizen, ISO, QS, Lean and other models for manufacturing companies and service industries.

Dr. Will Loeffler is President of The New Loeffler Group Incorporated. He received a B.A. degree in Chemistry from Wittenberg University USA, an M.A. degree in Technical Communications from State University of New York at Stony Brook USA, an M.Phil. ABT in Communications from University of Waterloo Canada, an Ed.Spec. degree in Career Counseling from University of Toledo, a Graduate Fellowship from Cambridge University UK, and a Ph.D. in Education Psychology (Engineering Management) from University of Michigan USA. Dr. Loeffler formerly held the Ford Motor Company Endowed Chair for Statistical Quality Studies, and acted as Associate Dean of Technology and Director of the Technology Services Center at Eastern Michigan University. Simillary, Dr. Loeffler now holds Bangde College Shanghai Endowed Chair for Strategic Leadership Studies and holds the additional titles of Associate Dean for the International Business School and Director of the Global Focus Training and Consulting Center.
