Corrine first ventured to Japan for 6 months in 1994 upon completion of an Australian accredited course in Food & Beverage Management. She then returned to Perth, her hometown and furthered her studies at University where she attained a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Marketing & Japanese. 

Venturing back to Japan with an Australian Gemstone company in 1999 Corrine eventually followed her passion back into the food industry where she gained valuable experience as the General Manager at Global Associates, a food consultancy and catering company. Corrine then went on and established Corporate Gourmet; an events management & catering company in March 2002.
