Christopher Rice and Ken Simper join us to introduce BlessingWhite and share their experiences on management. Christopher Rice is the president and CEO of BlessingWhite which was founded in 1973. Before joining BlessingWhite in 1999, Chris held senior executive positions at Drake Beam Morin, The Gallup Organization, and AchieveBlobal. He was undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. Chris works with senior-level clients worldwide, providing executive coaching engagement and customer satisfaction. Recognized in each of the last two years as a “Top 100” thought leader by Leadership Excellence, Chris’s expertise is regularly featured in media outlets like Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, HR Magazine etc.
 
Ken Simper is a strategic business consultant who is able to help senior executives make the link between human resource systems and processes and the organization’s bottle-line. Ken has worked with BlessingWhite programs for over 25 years, first being certified in MPG: The Success Connection in San Francisco in 1984. He is now responsible for business development and client support for the Asia-Pacific Region. With BlessingWhite, Ken is a Master Trainer for MPG: The Success Connection, Helping Others Succeed (HOS) etc. He has in turn trained and developed many other Facilitators and lead consulting implementations on senior leader development, strategy identification and culture change.
