Brian began his recruiting career in Tokyo, Japan in 1994 and has worked in primarily candidate driven markets ever since. He has worked in Japan, Chile, the United States, and China. Brian has worked in the field with both start-ups and established firms around the globe and is most at home in a candidate driven and highly competitive market place.
