Ansgar Gerstner is a German specialist in Daoist philosophy and Chinese martial arts strategies. For many years now his focus has been on the application of Daoist concepts and strategies in contemporary leadership and management contexts.
In 2009 his The Tao of Business was published by Earnshaw Books in Hong Kong, its German version, Das Tao im Management, in 2010 by Wiley-VCH in Germany. Gerstner’s latest article, "Leadership and organizational patterns in the Daodejing" just came out in The Journal of Management Development, Vol. 30, Issue 7/8.
