王新伟,上海人,现任上海柏仕俱乐部功夫塑体教练。10岁起练习少林拳术,30岁开始致力于探索中国功夫与形体训练的有机结合,创立了一套集中国功夫、舞蹈基础于一体,内力与外力相结合的塑体操。该操简单易学,通过刚柔平衡运动除去背部、颈部、腰部的多余脂肪,减轻人体的负重感,同时加强腰部力量,肌肉内力运动及扩展各骨关节的韧带,以达到疏通经络,纠正脊椎不正,改善内部环境的目的,在提升身体素质的同时瘦身塑体。
