Philip O'Neill is Manager for Business Development for the McGill MBA Japan program which s taught in conjunction with Sophia University in Tokyo. Established in 1821, McGill University is Canada's top university and one of North America's leading academic institutions.
A long-term Japan resident, Philip came to Japan from Canada more than 10 years ago and is an expert on business and political.
After receiving a law degree from the University of Natal in 1989, Mark practiced commercial law in his native South Africa. In 1993, he relocated to Japan. After a short stint in a Japanese law firm, he founded Ferris & Associates to support companies setting up in Japan. The practice grew and served a number of companies in the fields of marketing, technology, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and retail.

Karl Hahne was born and raised in Germany and came to Japan in 1989. In '92 he founded his own company, ONEWORLD K.K. , which he merged in 2004 with the leading local online agency Ashley Associates. After a 4 year stint at Ashley, where Karl as board member and VP Marketing/Sales was responsible for selling internet and online marketing solutions to Fortune 500 and Japan listed companies, Karl assumed his current position as President and Representative Director for Hafele Japan.

Thomas R. Zengage earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia College at Columbia University in New York City. A New York native, Paul has conducted business in Japan and Asia since 1987, and has lived in Japan since 1991. As a management consultant, Paul helps companies develop their international business. Weina Li was born and bred in Shenyang, North-East of China, and currently resides in Shanghai. An early childhood dream of being a TV presenter led her to undertake a media course in the U.K. where she stayed for nine years before making her way back to China. Her return to China has changed her footprint in life but will one thing didn't change is her passion for media and art.
Weina has BA in Media Communications, an MA in Visual Communication. She has worked in publishing and multi-media for numbers of years in the U.K. At present she is responsible for planning, creating and managing ITV-Asia’s content, also as an announcer and host for our programs.
Alongside this she is an accomplished photographer whose works are published by various magazines & newspapers. We will also feature photos of our guests and the visual scenery that is taken by Weina.
Prior to joining Haworth in 2006, Bo Christensen had 15 years in the design industry. During this time, he worked on Australia's first 6 Star Greenstar project, 40 Albert Road in Melbourne.
At Haworth, Christensen is part of the Global Governance group reporting on Haworth's global sustainability progress. This aligns the diverse needs of the US, AP and European markets.
The regional activities Mr Christensen manages relate to diverse areas such product environmental certifications (such Ecolabel), building rating systems (LEED and Greenstar) and materials used in product design and project specifications. Professionally Andrew has maintained a continuous study of his trade, with being recognized as one of Australia’s ‘Leading Entrepreneurs Under 30’ (2009), Mailman recognised recognized as a ‘Telstra’ Australian sponsored New Media Award, and a runner-up for the prestigious 2010 Australian-China Entrepreneurial Business of the Year.
In 2012 Andrew is producing China’s first major Entrepreneur’s event in ‘Transition China 2012’ (T12) which will gather over 20 leading entrepreneurs in fields of technology, media, digital and commerce for a one day conference.

Mr. Graylin is a seasoned technology entrepreneur having over 17 years of management experience with nine years managing businesses in Greater China. Mr. Graylin co-founded mInfo in early 2005 and has lead mInfo to its market leader in mobile search and mobile advertising in China. mInfo is the exclusive partner for China Telecom’s Omni-search service and China Mobile’s SNS service for mobile search and advertising. mInfo was also selected by BOCOG as the official mobile search provider for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
Mr. Graylin has rich entrepreneurial experiences prior to mInfo, having also been the founder and CEO of two other venture-backed technology start-ups in the US. Mr. Graylin began his career in the early 90’s at IBM and Intel designing what became the PowerPC and Itanium microprocessors. In the mid-90’s Mr. Graylin also helped establish the Intel organization in Shanghai, and lead the growth of its consumer PC business in China. He later ran Asia Pacific Marketing for Intel Online Services in the late 90’s. Mr. Graylin headed the global Enterprise and Consumer business units at Trend Micro, and security products/services business at WatchGuard Technologies in the early 2000’s.
Mr. Graylin earned an MS in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He graduate top of his department with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington. Mr. Graylin was born in China and educated in the US. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Before coming to China, Michael created advertising programs and sponsorships for the European Football Cup, London Olympic bid, Sony Tropfest in Sydney & “Schoolie’s Week” on the Gold Coast with Screen Media and OTN. Prior to being a facilitator of branded entertainment, Michael worked as an artist agent, founding MJ entertainment which negotiated contracts on behalf of touring artists for the Hennessey Artistry program and Anchor beer. Michael also has media advertising expertise helping launch the largest LED network China has seen which was sold to the Tulip group. Michael learnt that he was passionate about writing and entertainment as he cut his teeth as a young reporter in the sports room at Channel 9 in Sydney.

Alex Barker, a Concordia University graduate, is a recent addition to the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. In charge of Marketing Development for the upcoming Asia-Pacific Forum he is excited to be a part of their ever-expanding team. Alex has now spent approximately a year and a half in China, which was spent teaching English in Guangzhou and studying Mandarin on Hainan Island.
Alex Font is the director for Affinity Service Ltd. Familiar with business practices in the U.S., Japan, China and Korea, Mr Font has twelve years experience in the call center industry.
Currently, Mr Font is a board member of the China DMA. He has held the Chairmanship of the Telemarketing Sub-committee for the American Chamber of Commerce Japan and is a current member of the American Telemarketing Association and the U.S. Direct Marketing Association.
Font graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida with an economics major. He is a certified Professional Direct Marketer and graduated with honors from Temple University Campus in Tokyo, Japan, where he was also an instructor for their Call Center Management Course.
Patrick est ne a Lyon en 1965. Apres une enfance francaise, il est parti aux Etats-Unis au milieu des 80 pour etudier a l'Universite. Max has spent 20 years in Asia (whom 12 years in China), living and working in Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, Bangkok, Beijing and Shanghai. Graduated from France's ISG business school, Max initially started his career in trade publishing and media. For the past 12 years, he has engaged actively in developing supply chain and logistics solutions for both overseas SMEs and foreign-invested companies in China: running a strategic sourcing consulting firm Sinosources, developed a B2B platform Sparkice.com and managed a supply chain solution provider ECnet.
More recently, he was the director of Trans-Access Solutions, a value-added logistics platform operator in China. Max is the founder and the director of the Global Supply Chain Council and currently dedicates his full time in leading this growing professional organization across Asia.
Originally from the plains of South Dakota, Nicholas has made his home in Shanghai since 2008, where he works as iTV-Asia’s Contributing Editor and as a freelance writer and researcher. After graduating from Augustana College with a degree in Political Science and Philosophy, he has worked for a number of companies and organizations in a number of capacities, including stints as an Editor with Plunkett Research and China Economic Review, as a local Assistant Director with the American Medical Association, and as an instructor at Shanghai Xingjian College. His current interests include emerging industry in Southwest China, trade relations between China and it’s neighbors in South and Southeast Asia, and the evolving systems of Neoconfucian politics and philosophy in modern Asia. In his spare time, he is an avid flaneur who enjoys wandering the streets and cafes of Shanghai’s old French Concession, a lover of classical and contemporary neoclassical music, and a competitive player of German and American board games.
