Brand-Agency relationship in digital age

Digital technologies are now playing a critical role in the marketing field, posing huge challenges to both brands and agencies. They have multiple missions … to cope with the best ways to interact with consumers and the huge amounts of data they are supposed to process and make decision upon.

Technical gurus and creative talents are working side by side with brand team to try to make marketing smarter, faster and more innovative. But how can marketers manage such a mixed services and relationships? Lets have a closer look at how marketing activities are changing in the digital age and how the brand-agency relationship evolves.

Khiem Truong is the Founder & CEO of DSquare, the digital arm of Square Group, which was founded in 2009. He is a passionate system architect and a practical digital strategist.

Before venturing into digital communication field with Square Group, Khiem was in charge of electronic banking and credit card services of ANZ Vietnam for 6 years and working on e-Government projects of Brisbane City Council, Australia for 5 years.

Khiem is now spending most of his time on advancing the digital marketing services of DSquare and digital transformation for communication services from Square Group.
