Colin Song, the Japanese Chef of Shiki has 14 years work experience with Japanese food. He loved to be a Japanese chef when he was only a trainee in YiTengJia Japanese Restaurant. In order to become a good Japanese Chef, he went to Japan to study.
After his graduation, he worked in many five star hotels, eg Jingjiang Hotel, Sheraton Hotel Sanya, Crowne Plaza Hotel Sanya, Turkey Fuga hotel, Sheraton Warsaw Hotel, etc.
Now, Colin is here in Shiki. Besides the traditional Japanese foods, you can also taste the fashion dishes created by Colin, and it is sure that you will love them.
