Our firm takes pride in bringing international experience, management expertise and an understanding of international expectations to projects for investors that do not have the capability or staff to do it themselves. Our experience covers food processing, the chemical industry, aircraft engine maintenance facilities, basic manufacturing projects of many types and specialized electronics manufacturing for the semi conductor industry. Our staff is made up of qualified national Chinese engineers that possess the required skills for process, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering. We have project controls capability with scheduling (P3 or Microsoft Project Manager), estimating and cost management, procurement and contracts.
 
In addition our team is led by experienced Chinese Project Managers that understand the expectations of international clients. The company has an experienced foreign national (American) overseeing operations and technical aspects of the company. The various government approvals and permitting operations are controlled by a Chinese American citizen with over 20 years of experience working for foreign companies in China.

Mr. Branham has over 40 years of national and international experience in management, engineering and construction. He has lived and worked in various areas of China since 1997.
This international experience includes design, construction and management for projects ranging from the 200 meter high Citigroup Tower in Pudong, Shanghai to the 2.5 million sf2 office, research and manufacturing facility for UTStarcom. The diversity of projects also includes the USA Pavilion at Shanghai 2010 World Exposition, facilities for Pratt & Whitney, Hercules Corporation, Tyson Foods and Proctor & Gamble. The manufacturing plants include a foreign owned wafer fabrication plant in Northern China, R & D facilities, chemical plants, aircraft engines, and a new Marine Base Port servicing vessels on the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan.
His total experience also includes work for select companies like IBM, Intel, Motorola, Citigroup, Detroit Edison, Microchip, P & G, Micron, International Rectifier, Silicon Systems, Newmont Mining, Allied Signal, UTStarcom, Winbond Electronics, Caspian Services, General Motors, Bayer, SMIC, Ford Motor Company, Kimberly Clark and Corning.

Rebecca has over 20 years experience with foreign and international investment and engineering companies in the fields of office management/human resource, government relations and business development. She worked for the first foreign invested enterprise for Northeast China in Shenyang. She also set up the first foreign engineering firm (in operation for over 100 years) in Shenyang. She served as the Assistant to the Country Manager and as the Government Relations Manager for a large American multinational engineering and construction company.
 
Rebecca has been involved in charity activities in China since 1997 until now and is currently working with families in Dujianyan, Sichuan and serves as the vice Chairman on the CSR committee for The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
 
Rebecca has won many awards in national and provincial completion including Miss Public Relations for Liaoning Province and was one of the top six finalists for Miss Public Relations in the People’s Republic of China nationwide competition in 1988.
