秘书长, TD产业联盟

2002年10月被推选为TD产业联盟秘书长，现任TD产业联盟专职秘书长。作为TD产业发展的坚定支持者和实践者，多次建议政府制定有利于TD发展的重大产业政策；推动了TD标准的完善与发展；与产业界密切沟通，推动形成了联盟统一的知识产权管理政策；积极促进产业的协调与管理，强化企业间的资源共享和互惠互利，为TD产业的发展做出了积极的努力。

TD产业联盟以创新的工作模式，使行业协会成为一种有效的、充满生机的产业促进机构, 开创了高技术产业发展的新模式, 为未来其它产业发展起到了积极的借鉴作用。

1978年至1982年在空军工程大学无线电专业学习，工程学士、管理学硕士，享受国务院津贴专家。1999年至电信科学技术研究院从事TD-SCDMA 标准及产品开发的项目管理工作，先后任电信科学技术研究院移动中心TDD部技术办公室主任、TD-SCDMA终端项目经理、大唐电信科技产业集团科技开发部总经理、大唐移动通信设备有限公司市场部总经理、大唐移动通信设备有限公司副总裁、高级副总裁，负责公司业务战略、市场拓展、产业链推动等工作
