FEATURE INTERVIEW
Finding Your Dream Job

How can you give an excellent, knock-out interview? Our panelists all weigh in. Kelly says the most effective candidates are those who know themselves very well- they plan, they study the market, and they’re confident when they go into the interview that the job they’re looking at is the right one for them. Frank echoes this, saying that a job interview shouldn’t be an attempt to “game the system”, but present real achievements and tell an employer just how you plan to advance their company. Larry says there’s one question you need to answer before you go in- how can you add value in this market and get results here in China? If you can answer this and present your answer to your potential employer in an effective manner, you can land the job.
