    World Bank head Robert Zoellick has entered talks with Chinese leaders to help promote the transfer of low-value jobs in China to Africa, to ease China’s workforce pressures in light of demographic changes and help develop African economies.

    China’s Ministry of Education to Offer Scholarships to US Students

    From April of 2011, China’s Ministry of Education has begun offering full scholarships to American undergraduate and graduate students to study at universities in China. The program is expected to provide tuition and living allowances for 10,000 American students who enroll in Chinese universities over the next three years, as well as to students enrolled in joint degree programs between Chinese and US universities.

    Lenovo Consolidates Argentine Market Share

    China's Lenovo Group, China’s largest PC producer, said that it has become Argentina's second largest PC provider, with a market share of 17.3 percent in Q2 of 2011, Country Manager Alberto Paiva said.

    Lenovo continues to grow in the global market and has become the world's third largest PC vendor in Q2, holding about 10 percent of the world market.
